Ingredients List
- 1- 1.5 lbs Icelandic Haddock
- 8 oz. Fresh crab meat (optional)
- 1 Sleeve Ritz crackers (plain or garlic)
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1 Fresh lemon
Cooking Instructions:
1. For best results, thaw your Icelandic Haddock overnight in the fridge and take it out just before cooking. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Clean and dry the haddock fillets, then place them in a 9” by 11” pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and squeeze approximately 1 ½ tsp of fresh lemon juice over the haddock.
3. Melt the butter and then mix with crushed Ritz crackers and crab meat (crab meat optional). Spread the mixture over the top of the haddock.
4. Bake the haddock at 350 F degrees on the top rack of the oven, roughly for 20 to 25 minutes–until fish flakes easily.
5. Remove the haddock from the oven, let it simmer in the pan for 1-2 minutes. Serve with salad or veggies and enjoy!
